Psychotherapy
for the soul, body and spirit<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

I offer a safe space for people experiencing emotional, relationship or spiritual distress. I work holistically \u2014 with what a person experiences in the mind, body, relationships and inner world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Psychotherapy can help when a person loses their sense of direction, strength, calm or meaning. Together, we can look for a path towards greater inner stability, resilience and a more immediate connection with oneself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sessions can take place in person, online, in a group or as a therapeutic walk in nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Profile<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I have a Master's degree in Theology and Psychosocial Studies from the Hussite Theological Faculty of Charles University (HTF UK). I am a member of the Czech Association for Psychotherapy. I have gained personal experience of psychotherapy in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Austria and Scandinavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have completed psychotherapy training in Gestalt therapy, Psychosynthesis and psychomotor psychotherapy (PBSP), which led me to a holistic approach to personal resilience and harmony of spirit, soul and body. I use approaches involving developmental needs, epigenetics, the neurobiological functioning of the organism, connections between mythology and psychotherapy, discernment of inner movements according to ancient traditions of faith and philosophy, and work with the links between the psyche and physical symptoms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In both practice and theory, I connect psychotherapy with caring for gardens and our relationship with nature, for example through time in the forest, forest therapy and ecopsychotherapy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
